Cosa fa Gosifi
Gosifi ti aiuta a pianificare la giornata (timeline, attività, to-do, abitudini), a seguire allenamento, alimentazione, budget e benessere mentale, e a limitare le app che ti distraggono.
È uno strumento di organizzazione personale: le informazioni che mostra non sono consigli medici, nutrizionali, psicologici o finanziari.
I tuoi dati
Gosifi è local-first: i tuoi contenuti restano sul tuo dispositivo e, se lo usi, nel tuo iCloud privato. Come trattiamo i dati è spiegato nell'Informativa sulla privacy.
I contenuti che crei restano tuoi. Sei responsabile di tenerne una copia se ti servono.
Funzioni facoltative e servizi di terzi
Alcune funzioni si collegano a servizi che scegli tu: Apple iCloud e Salute, calendari di sistema, Wise, un server di sincronizzazione, un provider AI o DeepL. Per quei servizi valgono i loro termini.
Le chiavi e i token che inserisci sono tuoi: sei responsabile di come li usi e dei costi che quei servizi ti addebitano.
Blocco delle app (Tempo di utilizzo)
Il blocco delle app durante le attività e l'"accesso guadagnato" sono limiti che imposti tu a te stesso, applicati da iOS sul tuo dispositivo. Puoi toglierli in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni di Gosifi o di iOS.
Non garantiamo che un blocco, uno sblocco o un promemoria scattino sempre all'orario esatto: dipendono anche dal sistema operativo.
Uso consentito
Non usare Gosifi per attività illegali, per violare i diritti di altri o per tentare di comprometterne il funzionamento. Le funzioni di condivisione vanno usate solo con persone che hanno accettato di ricevere i tuoi contenuti.
Proprietà intellettuale
L'app, il nome Gosifi, il logo e il design appartengono ai rispettivi titolari. Ti concediamo una licenza personale, non esclusiva e non trasferibile per usare l'app sui tuoi dispositivi, alle condizioni dell'App Store da cui l'hai scaricata.
Disponibilità e versioni di prova
Aggiorniamo l'app spesso e possiamo cambiare, aggiungere o togliere funzioni. Le versioni di prova (per esempio TestFlight) possono contenere errori. L'app è fornita "così com'è", nei limiti consentiti dalla legge.
Responsabilità
Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge non rispondiamo di danni indiretti, perdita di dati o conseguenze di decisioni prese sulla base delle informazioni mostrate dall'app. Restano sempre salvi i diritti che la legge riconosce ai consumatori e che non si possono escludere.
Fine dell'utilizzo
Puoi smettere di usare Gosifi quando vuoi, cancellando i dati e disinstallando l'app. Possiamo interrompere il servizio o l'app, dandone avviso quando possibile.
Legge applicabile
Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Se sei un consumatore, sono competenti i giudici del luogo in cui risiedi e restano valide le tutele del tuo paese di residenza.
Modifiche
Se cambiamo questi termini aggiorniamo la data in alto. Per modifiche importanti te lo diciamo nell'app. Continuando a usarla dopo una modifica, accetti i nuovi termini.

Who we are
Gosifi ("the app") is a personal life-organisation assistant published by Mahmood Diallo, an independent developer. Contact: [email protected].
By using the app you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use the app.
What Gosifi does
Gosifi helps you plan your day (timeline, activities, to-dos, habits), track training, nutrition, budget and mental wellbeing, and limit distracting apps.
It is a personal organisation tool: the information it shows is not medical, nutritional, psychological or financial advice.
Your data
Gosifi is local-first: your content stays on your device and, if you use it, in your private iCloud. How we handle data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
The content you create stays yours. You are responsible for keeping a copy if you need one.
Optional features and third-party services
Some features connect to services you choose: Apple iCloud and Health, system calendars, Wise, a sync server, an AI provider or DeepL. Their own terms apply to those services.
Keys and tokens you enter are yours: you are responsible for how you use them and for any costs those services charge you.
App blocking (Screen Time)
Blocking apps during activities and "earned access" are limits you set for yourself, enforced by iOS on your device. You can remove them at any time from Gosifi or iOS settings.
We don't guarantee that a block, unlock or reminder always fires at the exact time: it also depends on the operating system.
Acceptable use
Don't use Gosifi for illegal activities, to infringe other people's rights or to try to disrupt it. Use sharing features only with people who agreed to receive your content.
Intellectual property
The app, the Gosifi name, logo and design belong to their respective owners. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices, under the terms of the App Store you downloaded it from.
Availability and test versions
We update the app often and may change, add or remove features. Test versions (for example TestFlight) may contain bugs. The app is provided "as is", to the extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or the consequences of decisions based on information shown by the app. Your statutory consumer rights, which cannot be excluded, always remain unaffected.
Ending use
You can stop using Gosifi whenever you like by deleting your data and uninstalling the app. We may discontinue the service or the app, giving notice where possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction and the protections of your country of residence still apply.
Changes
If we change these terms we update the date above. For significant changes we tell you in the app. By continuing to use it after a change, you accept the new terms.

Ce que fait Gosifi
Gosifi t'aide à planifier ta journée (timeline, activités, to-do, habitudes), à suivre entraînement, alimentation, budget et bien-être mental, et à limiter les apps qui te distraient.
C'est un outil d'organisation personnelle : les informations affichées ne sont pas des conseils médicaux, nutritionnels, psychologiques ou financiers.
Tes données
Gosifi est local-first : tes contenus restent sur ton appareil et, si tu l'utilises, dans ton iCloud privé. Le traitement des données est expliqué dans la Politique de confidentialité.
Les contenus que tu crées restent à toi. Tu es responsable d'en garder une copie si tu en as besoin.
Fonctions facultatives et services tiers
Certaines fonctions se connectent à des services que tu choisis : Apple iCloud et Santé, calendriers système, Wise, un serveur de synchronisation, un fournisseur d'IA ou DeepL. Leurs propres conditions s'appliquent à ces services.
Les clés et jetons que tu saisis sont à toi : tu es responsable de leur usage et des coûts facturés par ces services.
Blocage des apps (Temps d'écran)
Le blocage des apps pendant les activités et l'« accès mérité » sont des limites que tu t'imposes, appliquées par iOS sur ton appareil. Tu peux les retirer à tout moment depuis les réglages de Gosifi ou d'iOS.
Nous ne garantissons pas qu'un blocage, un déblocage ou un rappel se déclenche toujours à l'heure exacte : cela dépend aussi du système.
Utilisation autorisée
N'utilise pas Gosifi pour des activités illégales, pour porter atteinte aux droits d'autrui ou pour tenter d'en perturber le fonctionnement. Utilise le partage uniquement avec des personnes qui ont accepté de recevoir tes contenus.
Propriété intellectuelle
L'app, le nom Gosifi, le logo et le design appartiennent à leurs titulaires respectifs. Nous t'accordons une licence personnelle, non exclusive et non transférable pour utiliser l'app sur tes appareils, selon les conditions de l'App Store où tu l'as téléchargée.
Disponibilité et versions de test
Nous mettons l'app à jour souvent et pouvons modifier, ajouter ou retirer des fonctions. Les versions de test (par exemple TestFlight) peuvent contenir des erreurs. L'app est fournie « en l'état », dans les limites permises par la loi.
Responsabilité
Dans les limites permises par la loi, nous ne sommes pas responsables des dommages indirects, des pertes de données ou des conséquences de décisions prises à partir des informations affichées. Tes droits de consommateur, auxquels il ne peut être dérogé, restent toujours garantis.
Fin de l'utilisation
Tu peux arrêter d'utiliser Gosifi quand tu veux en supprimant tes données et en désinstallant l'app. Nous pouvons arrêter le service ou l'app, en prévenant lorsque c'est possible.
Droit applicable
Ces conditions sont régies par le droit italien. Si tu es un consommateur, les tribunaux de ton lieu de résidence sont compétents et les protections de ton pays de résidence restent applicables.
Modifications
Si nous modifions ces conditions, nous mettons à jour la date ci-dessus. Pour les changements importants, nous te prévenons dans l'app. En continuant à l'utiliser après une modification, tu acceptes les nouvelles conditions.

Kişisel bir düzen aracıdır: gösterdiği bilgiler tıbbi, beslenme, psikolojik veya finansal tavsiye değildir.
Verilerin
Gosifi local-first çalışır: içeriklerin cihazında ve kullanıyorsan özel iCloud hesabında kalır. Verileri nasıl işlediğimiz Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanır.
Oluşturduğun içerikler senindir. Gerekirse bir kopyasını saklamak senin sorumluluğundadır.
İsteğe bağlı özellikler ve üçüncü taraf hizmetler
Bazı özellikler senin seçtiğin hizmetlere bağlanır: Apple iCloud ve Sağlık, sistem takvimleri, Wise, bir senkronizasyon sunucusu, bir yapay zekâ sağlayıcısı veya DeepL. Bu hizmetler için kendi koşulları geçerlidir.
Girdiğin anahtar ve token'lar senindir: nasıl kullandığından ve bu hizmetlerin sana yansıttığı ücretlerden sen sorumlusun.
Uygulama engelleme (Ekran Süresi)
Etkinlikler sırasında uygulamaların engellenmesi ve "kazanılmış erişim", iOS tarafından cihazında uygulanan ve kendine koyduğun sınırlardır. Bunları Gosifi veya iOS ayarlarından istediğin zaman kaldırabilirsin.
Bir engelin, kilidin açılmasının veya hatırlatıcının her zaman tam saatinde çalışacağını garanti etmiyoruz: bu işletim sistemine de bağlıdır.
Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Gosifi'yi yasa dışı işler için, başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmek veya çalışmasını bozmaya çalışmak için kullanma. Paylaşım özelliklerini yalnızca içeriklerini almayı kabul eden kişilerle kullan.
Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulama, Gosifi adı, logosu ve tasarımı ilgili sahiplerine aittir. Uygulamayı, indirdiğin App Store'un koşulları çerçevesinde kendi cihazlarında kullanman için sana kişisel, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir lisans veriyoruz.
Erişilebilirlik ve test sürümleri
Uygulamayı sık güncelleriz; özellikleri değiştirebilir, ekleyebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Test sürümleri (örneğin TestFlight) hata içerebilir. Uygulama, yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde "olduğu gibi" sunulur.
Sorumluluk
Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan, veri kaybından veya uygulamanın gösterdiği bilgilere dayanarak alınan kararların sonuçlarından sorumlu değiliz. Hariç tutulamayan tüketici hakların her zaman saklıdır.
Kullanımın sona ermesi
Verilerini silip uygulamayı kaldırarak Gosifi'yi istediğin zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsin. Hizmeti veya uygulamayı, mümkün olduğunda önceden haber vererek sonlandırabiliriz.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar İtalyan hukukuna tabidir. Tüketiciysen ikamet ettiğin yerin mahkemeleri yetkilidir ve ikamet ettiğin ülkenin koruyucu hükümleri geçerliliğini korur.
Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları değiştirirsek yukarıdaki tarihi güncelleriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde bildiririz. Bir değişiklikten sonra kullanmaya devam etmen yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
